The Wild Mushroom Adventure will take you on a beautiful guided hike learning mushroom habitat and finding out which fungi are safe to eat. Forage for the fabled matsutake mushroom, tasty hedgehog mushroom, and the delicious black trumpet mushroom. You will also discover species that are rarely found in restaurants but are delicious nonetheless! Famed forager with decades of experience, Patrick Hamilton, will coach you in safe foraging techniques, and hopefully send you home with loads of mushrooms.
